Regular care preserves the elegance and longevity of leather, preventing common handling marks, with methods tailored to each leather type

GRAIN LEATHER
Regularly dust or brush the surface using a soft brush, or wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth.
When applying proprietary leather cleaners or polishers, always follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Use sparingly minimal application is preferable.
Once annually, cleanse the leather thoroughly by wiping it with a cloth lightly dampened with white spirit. This removes built-up dirt and discolouration. Follow with a light application of a proprietary leather polish and complete the process by buffing gently with a clean, soft cloth.

SUEDE LEATHER
Maintain the surface by brushing regularly with a soft suede brush or gently rubbing with a plastic foam block.
Minor stains and surface marks may be removed using a hard rubber eraser or by carefully touching up the area with fine emery paper.
To preserve the suede’s colour and texture, apply a fluorocarbon-based aerosol spray on a regular basis. These sprays offer water-repellent properties and provide protection against grease and dust.
