RETURN CONDITIONS

At Turnbull & Asser, your satisfaction is paramount. With our free return service, you can easily return most products within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered, ensuring any accessories and documents you received with your order are included.

Please note all Made to Measure shirts and monogrammed items are non-refundable.

Items purchased in-store can only be returned at a T&A store, while online purchases should only be sent back to our warehouse, following the "How to return" guidelines below.  

If you need to return a gift, please follow the steps below. We suggest informing the person who gave you the gift, as the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

HOW TO RETURN - UK

To request and ship your return:

1. Prepare your parcel by carefully packing the items in the original order box or similar packaging. Fill in the printed Return Form and include it in the package before sealing it.

2. Visit the DPD returns portal, follow the instructions and print the pre-paid DPD label, then attach it to the front of the parcel. If you prefer, you may select the paperless option to receive a barcode via email.

3. Drop your parcel off at your nearest DPD location free of charge. If you chose the paperless option, please show the barcode to the location and they will be able to print the return label for you.

HOW TO RETURN - REST OF WORLD

To request and ship your return:

  1. Prepare your parcel by carefully packing the item(s) in the original order box or similar packaging. Fill in the printed Return Form and include it in the package before sealing it.
  2. Visit our partner Global-e's returns portal, follow the instructions and print the prepaid DHL label, then attach it to the front of the parcel. Please remember to write your order number, followed by the letters RET (e.g. UK1234RET), on the shipping label and all return documents and packaging.
  3. Contact DHL to schedule a pick-up or drop your parcel off at your nearest DHL location free of charge.

EXCHANGES

We can offer exchanges for orders placed within the UK. Currently, exchanges are unavailable for other delivery destinations, however you can easily return any product free of charge for a full refund and place a new order at your convenience.

For UK orders, please be aware we can only exchange for the same item or an item of the same price. Please indicate the new product in the printed Return Form that came with your parcel. Exchanged products will be shipped once we receive and process your return, subject to availability. If the exact style or size is no longer available, you will receive a refund using the original payment method.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued against the original payment method. Currently, we do not offer store credit for online purchases. If you paid with Klarna's Pay Later option and returned part of your order, Klarna will automatically update your invoice once we process your refund.

Refunds will be made within 7-10 working days of receiving your return in accordance with the terms and conditions of your payment method provider.

Please note that if any international duties and taxes were paid at your delivery destination, these charges are non-refundable.
