HOLIDAY DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders' delivery remain free of charge.

UK Orders:

Place your order by 20th December by 12pm to ensure delivery in time for Christmas with DPD.

Europe Orders:

Please place your order by 18th December by 12pm to ensure delivery in time for Christmas with DHL.

Rest of World Orders:

Please place your order by 18th December by 12pm to ensure delivery in time for Christmas with DHL.

When your goods have been dispatched we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. Included in this e-mail will be a DPD / DHL Airwaybill number that will allow you to track the progress of your parcel on the DPD / DHL website.

Please note that Made to measure and monogrammed cufflink orders should be placed by 15th November to be received in time for Christmas. 

DELIVERY

UK 1-2 Days via DPD - Free of charge on all orders

EU 2-3 business days via DHL - Free of charge on all orders

ROW 2-3 business days via DHL – Free of charge on all orders

The order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 13:00hrs GMT, Monday to Friday.

When your goods have been dispatched we will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail. Included in this e-mail will be a DPD / DHL Airwaybill number that will allow you to track the progress of your parcel on the DPD / DHL website.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

DPD Standard : Please allow up to 2 working days, from the date of dispatch, for delivery of the products you have purchased on the turnbullandasser.co.uk website. Prior to delivery DPD will notify you of your one hour delivery slot, during this time your package will be delivered. If nobody is able to take delivery during this slot you are able to nominate an alternative day or delivery address should you wish.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (including EU)

This information is relevant for deliveries made outside the UK. We have partnered with Global-e, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your Turnbull & Asser products securely and efficiently to over 100 destinations worldwide. When you buy your Turnbull & Asser products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e//Turnbull & Asser **, and the purchase is subject to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which is clearly presented in checkout before you place the order).

By selecting your country in the header, you can browse and pay for our products in your local currency. At the checkout, we offer a range of payment methods and languages, and if your order is liable for your country's local import taxes, we can take this payment up front to guarantee no hold ups at customs and no duties and taxes to pay when your goods arrive.

DHL Express : Please allow 2-3 working days, from the date of dispatch, for delivery of the products you have purchased on the turnbullandasser.co.uk website.

CANADA DELIVERY

For Express Saver shipping, please allow three to five working days from the date of dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or clearance fees. All international shipments will require a signature upon receipt.

A $19.95 fee will be added to your order to cover postage and packing on orders sent to a single Canadian address.

Please note

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

If you have placed a Made to Measure or Monogram order, delivery will be longer due to manufacturing times. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of MTM shirts and delivery of Monogram items.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.
