To our dear customers and community,

Not to dwell on a year many would consider best left behind, only to acknowledge that this past year, as a global community, and individually, we have all felt the profound impact of COVID-19 in our lives.

Despite the challenges, we must remember the moments of light that have carried us through 2020. Appreciating our communities, kindness of strangers, and acting for the greater good, are all things we must carry with us into 2021.

Although this year has presented many unfamiliar challenges, it has been heart-warming to see everyone’s responses. Inspired by the actions of others, we pivoted to producing PPE for NHS staff and key workers. I thank all of you out there who have contributed to the global effort to defeat this virus and lift others along the way. I also thank our dedicated team here at Turnbull who made our pivot possible, and whose commitment and adaptability in the face of adversity has been continually inspiring.

I am also eternally humbled by the support from you – our friends, customers, and community. Some of you I know personally, some of you precede me, in fact, and one or two of you found your way to us more recently. As always, my biggest thanks and warmest wishes during this difficult festive period.

Here is to a brighter and more positive New Year.
