Hamburg, 1997. On his way to infiltrate the headquarters of media mogul Elliot Carver, James Bond meets Q for a characteristically discreet exchange. His shirt for the occasion: cream cotton, impeccably cut and unmistakably Turnbull & Asser.
Inspired by the shirt worn in Tomorrow Never Dies, the Hamburg brings a piece of that cinematic wardrobe into the present. Cut in  Regular Fit, it is finished with a Prince of Wales collar and square double cuffs, the warmer cream cloth offering a subtle alternative to classic white. Understated, precise and designed with purpose, the Hamburg reflects the particular elegance of Bond at his best.

Construction Details

Our ties are handmade at our English workrooms. They are designed in-house and woven at a centuries-old English silk mill. Each tie is made with a self-tipped blade and delicate slip-stitching along its entire length, which allows it to sit comfortably on the neck and recover after each day’s wear. Our ties measure 9.5cms wide at their broadest point.
