Full detailsStyle Notes
Designed especially for James Bond in Die Another Day (2002), this silk tie is a distinctive piece from Pierce Brosnan’s final appearance as 007. Set against a bright blue ground, the design features a rhythmic circular motif in contrasting shades of blue. Bond wears it inside the fictional Blades fencing club, where he meets and duels Gustav Graves. The scene was, rather fittingly, filmed at The Reform Club in the heart of St James’s, just around the corner from Turnbull & Asser’s Jermyn Street shop.
For those who know their Bond, it is an instantly evocative detail from 007’s wardrobe and a rather elegant piece of cinematic history in its own right.

Construction Details
Our silk ties are hand-sewn in Gloucester by a team of artisans with centuries of combined experience. The silk used is woven in Italy using techniques dating back hundreds of years, while the signature paisley tipping is made with acetate - designed to withstand the abrasion that can be caused by belts or zips. The blade of each design features a unique hidden 'loop' made from strongest-ever bonded thread, which allows the tie to ruche and relax back into place after wearing.
