Returns Policy - UK Only - Free Returns
Our UK customers can now take advantage of our new DPD pickup service, which allows you to return your order by dropping it off at one of 2,500 locations.
Simply place items to be returned into a box/bag as they were sent to you, including all packaging, and fill out the DPD returns label included in your delivery. Attach it to the outside of the parcel and drop the item off.
For full price, sized goods (i.e. shirts, trousers, jackets, coats,) returns will be free of charge via DPD pickup. For non-sized items (i.e. ties, pocket squares, scarves) or sale items, we will deduct £4.00 from your refund before processing.

Unwanted and unworn goods may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days after purchased if they remain in their original condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made against the credit or debit card used in the original purchase of the goods.
Please note that bespoke pocket squares and customised shirts are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that original postage will not be reimbursed and the return costs are not pre-paid; postage or other fees will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied goods, or goods subject to an order cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit; please use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.
Please make sure that all return packaging and documents are clearly labelled with your return number; this is your original order number followed by the letters RET (for example 200008965RET). Failure to clearly label all packaging or documents with this return number may result in your return not being processed successfully.
Please note that no returns of online products will be accepted or processed at our store locations.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 30 days after receipt and with proof of purchase.
Goods must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of checking size) or washed. For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts may only be returned if unusued and unopened in their original packaging. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be made against the Credit or Debit Card used in the original purchase of the goods.
All EU orders are entitled to a cooling off period post-purchase in which you may revoke your order. If you wish to cancel, please email us within 14 days stating so.
If we receive your cancellation request prior to any goods being dispatched then you have nothing more to do; we will cancel the order and take no payment. If payment has already been taken because the dispatch of your goods was imminent then the charge will be refunded in full to the same card that was used.
However, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If this is the case then please return the order by following the online Returns procedures. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Where your cancelled order is both returned to us within 10 working days of the receipt of your delivery, and you have notified us by email of your wish to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your order acknowledgement email, the cost of your order and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full.
